The RC-framed building is one of the most common construction techniques for seismic-resistant structures due to its ductile nature. But seismic performance RC structure affected by various factors among which site soil condition vital. sub-soil affects time period eventually impacts earthquake force in structure, thus making variations loadings. Although several studies have been performed and design elastic spectra defined as per types codes, there are no quantifying effect demand buildings variation type context Nepal NBC 105:2020. Therefore, this study aims present moderately high-rise different types. A representative sample has taken analyzed Finite Element platform SAP 2000. Numerical analysis using linear static response spectrum methods. Based on study, base shear, story displacement, inter-story drift, section size meet limit state strength compared A, B, C, D.
